Club’s 36-19 win over Tigers last weekend, sees them take on bitter rivals Valley for the third time in the last three months, in the Division 1 Grand Championship final this Saturday.

Valley are of course unbeaten all season, however they only shaded the last game of the season 24-19 over Club and that must give more than a little hope to the men in blue.
Both finalists had to work hard for their passage. Valley shared their game’s four tries with Cricket Club, but still progressed with a 23-10 win and Club only outscored Tigers three tries to two. It will take a brave man to put down much of a wager on this final, although the odds are favouring Valley, if ever so slightly.

Club have also achieved the noteworthy feat of having representative sides in four of the five finals. In the Division 2 Grand Championship final their second team face the Valley Knights, while their thirds play Valley Mustangs in the Division 3 Cup final and their fourths take on Kowloon Pussies in the Division 3 Plate Final.
